5. Rules for Using Courses

All courses and educational materials available on the Platform are intended solely for personal educational purposes.

The User is prohibited from:

downloading, distributing, or selling course videos;
sharing PDFs, presentations, tests, or other materials without authorization;
recording or broadcasting live classes without the prior written consent of the Instructor and Safar Academy;
using course materials for commercial purposes;
sharing account credentials with third parties;
allowing more than one person to use a single account.
Violation of these requirements may result in account restriction or termination.

6. Payment Terms

Paid courses may only be accessed after the relevant payment has been successfully completed.

Safar Academy reserves the right to:

change course prices;
organize discounts and promotional campaigns;
modify the duration and conditions of promotional campaigns.
Refunds shall be provided only in cases permitted by applicable law and Safar Academy's Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to:

video lessons;
texts;
tests;
presentations;
images;
design elements;
logos;
software;
other copyrighted works, are the property of Safar Academy or their respective lawful rights holders and are protected by copyright laws.
Copying, distributing, selling, or modifying these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. User-Generated Content

The User is responsible for ensuring that assignments, comments, and any other content uploaded to the Platform comply with applicable laws.

Safar Academy reserves the right to remove any content that it considers to violate the law or these Terms.

9. Certificates

For courses that include certification, certificates shall be issued only to Users who have fulfilled the applicable course requirements.

The rules governing certificate issuance may vary from course to course.

10. Suspension or Termination of Account

Safar Academy may temporarily restrict or permanently delete a User account without prior notice in the following cases:

violation of these Terms;
submission of false information;
infringement of intellectual property rights;
activities threatening the security of the Platform;
unlawful actions;
violation of the rights of other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

Safar Academy takes all reasonable measures to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Platform.

However, Safar Academy shall not be liable for:

Internet connection problems;
malfunctions of the User's device;
temporary interruptions caused by technical maintenance;
force majeure events;
damages resulting from the User's disclosure of their own information to third parties.

12. Privacy

Users' personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

Safar Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiations.
